Visitors frequently praise the restaurant's delicious and unique food, with many highlighting the excellent service from staff like Ellen and Kayitare. However, some guests have complained that the hotel's bathrooms are old and broken, and that the hotel is misrepresented as 4-star when it appears to be 3-star.

We had a lovely evening at The Hut rooftop restaurant. The food was really good and service was speedy and professional. Kayitare was an excellent waiter!
Thank you Kayitare for the great service in the restaurant!
Fantastic service - a large group and we were well look after, food arrived promptly, and a beautiful view to top it off! Recommended.
