This is a fantastic restaurant. Their way food is sublime, the service is excellent and personable, and the general feel and ambiance are quite top notch!! I loved my dinner experience from start to finish.
Great place to hold our function! Extremely easy to work with, brilliant service and overall just top notch! Will be back for sure.

Refined, balanced, tasteful menu. Went there for my birthday lunch yesterday. What a great independent-owned Australian-driven cuisine. The wine list is concise and spot on. Please keep pouring Tassie bubbles.
We had an incredible experience at Herringbone celebrating my partner’s 41st birthday. From Tasmanian wines, to Brussel sprouts to rainbow trout, every morsel was delicious, and every moment memorable.
