Pensione Hotel Sydney - by 8Hotels
Visitors praise the hotel's friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and great location, often noting its surprising quietness given the busy surroundings. However, some guests mention thin walls leading to noise, a lack of privacy due to room placement, and rooms that can be cold or in need of better maintenance.

I’ve had two leases here over the past 9 months and never had a problem. The manager is always helpful and contactable if required. It is very central to everything in Sydney CBD. Exit: I would not go back here as management has changed. Poor communication and try to get your bond despite the unit being clean. Avoid at all cost.
Great place, very helpful when needed
Excellent residence, clean, pleasant to live in
Very good place to stay in Sydney ! Also, the community manager Allan is very helfpul and reactive if you need anything. I recommend :)
