The Great Southern Hotel Perth
Visitors frequently praise the hotel's excellent location, close to Northbridge and the CBD, and commend the friendly, helpful, and well-trained staff. However, one reviewer reported a negative experience with cleanliness and a secluded location, while another noted that online photos appeared outdated and made the hotel look older than it actually is.

Great experience here. They let me kindly check in early. Clean and spacious rooms. Kind staff. Help you book tours.
quiet location but only 10-12minute walk to city Only minute or so from bustops Restaurants abound
Great location. Good clean rooms. Flexible check-in hours. 24 hours reception. Indoor Parking available for $20. Surrounded by food and coffees because it is located near Asia Town.
I booked through Agoda, and the facilities were much cleaner and better than the photos shown there. It looks like they recently remodeled. I especially recommend the rooms near the windows. It has electric blinds that completely block out the sunlight. However, housekeeping services are not included, so I was told I have to pay $10 per day for cleaning. You have to pick up towels yourself from the front desk every day. Used towels and trash cans are collected and replaced if you put them out at the designated time. Still, I am satisfied because you can get to the city center quickly by bus, and major points of interest are within a 10-20 minute walk! For reference, there is a free water dispenser in the lobby. You can refill it as long as you have a water bottle!
No website link.... second parties are not trusted.
