⭐ One of the Worst Hotel Stays in Nagpur – Absolutely Not Worth the Money! I had a very disappointing experience staying at Pride Hotel, Nagpur. The service was poor, the staff was rude, and the overall experience was nowhere close to what one would expect from a hotel charging premium rates. Here are the major issues I faced during my stay: - Poor Service & Rude Staff: The staff's attitude and service standards were highly disappointing. - Swiggy Food Delivery Restrictions: Guests are not allowed to receive food deliveries from Swiggy. I fail to understand why such a basic convenience should be restricted. - Hot Water Issues – A Major Concern: Even hot water is not readily available! You have to complain repeatedly before someone switches on the heater. Then you are told that the heater has tripped. Someone may eventually come to check it after 10 minutes, leaving you frustrated enough to give up and take a bath in cold water. This is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel in this price range. It gives the impression that basic facilities are not being managed properly. - Poor Noise Insulation: TV noise from neighbouring rooms can be clearly heard, disturbing the peace and comfort of your stay. - Old & Poorly Maintained Property: The hotel feels outdated and is clearly not maintained to the standard expected at these rates. - Outdated Television: The TV is an old model, something you would hardly expect even in a budget lodge today, let alone a premium hotel. The biggest concern is the complete lack of value for money. At similar rates, you can find much better hotels in Nagpur, such as Centre Point, offering a far superior overall experience. Whether you are travelling for corporate purposes or on a personal trip, I would strongly recommend exploring other options. A hotel charging premium prices should at least provide basic amenities, courteous staff, proper maintenance, and uninterrupted hot water. My sincere advice: Avoid this hotel and choose a better alternative in Nagpur. It is simply not worth the money! I am happy to share more details about my experience personally if required. Thank you.

Saquib, Saifali and Tejaswini service was good at morning breakfast period. I’m happy with your service.
