Herods Tel Aviv

My parents stayed at the hotel for their birthday (a gift from us, the children). They really enjoyed the room, the attitude, the service and the location of the hotel. Thank you to the Herods Tel Aviv team for pampering my parents with small and sweet birthday gifts, kind hospitality, and respectful treatment from the bottom of my heart. Special thanks to Alon! A full review The hotel is ideal for short stays during the summer because of the location. Its ideal for israeli citizens.. I guide tourists in here and all people from abroad share the same issue: service. People in the frontdesk are nice young people but they cant help with the common tourist questions or requests; a taxi, a guidance of where to exchange money, a thermometer if needed or call a doctor. If you are a tourist that is polite to request something that is broken, a room that was not cleaned or the bed is single instead of double you will never get a solution as only get results who shouts the more, skips the line and threads to leave. Im absolutely honest with this. I was there and even with something outdated i was okay, but when someone from abroad aged +50 I always recieve callls for help. It's not prepared for external tourism.

Very outdated hotel, dinner served poor and cold, breakfast very busy and the staff can't handle the pressure, small bathroom with an old bathtub and a sink that leaked until they came to fix it, computerized guest service that doesn't work. 2 stars only because of the location.

It's worse than a hostel room, so old with a bad smell of wood. Dinner was very bad. Better to look for something else.

Parking for hotel guests at 150 NIS for 24 hours is a real shame. If you want to leave and come back in, you have to pay again. I'm disabled and there's not even a place to park.

Better to stay at home Unclean and really old rooms

The hotel is old and not clean Dinner is beyond reproach.. I wouldn't go back even for free..

Shocking. Don't go near. We arrived through an association from work. We won't go near there. At the reception from noon until evening they don't answer. I left a message and they didn't return it. The food is horrible. I asked for meat because only the bones of the asado were left. The worker shouted at me loudly. In front of everyone I came to fight instead of enjoy myself. What's the connection? All in all, I asked for meat that ran out. We waited hours for the toilet to be fixed. I also read what you answer to people who complained. A despicable and disrespectful answer. Fattal Network, please respond.

We arrived at the hotel today after receiving lots of recommendations. We were given a room with a strong smell of decay and we asked for it to be changed, and it was changed. Now we arrived for dinner and the food was cold and not as tasty as you would expect from a hotel like this. We have the whole weekend here, hoping it will improve.

Huge disappointment. Very outdated hotel and very minimal maintenance. Very old rooms and old furniture. The pool is small and uninviting. Very slow service. Check-in took about half an hour and there was barely a line. We will definitely not return here.
