Lighthouse Hotel by Brown

In light of the good reviews, I was very, very disappointed with the hotel Except for the breakfast which was good Everything felt very low-level Location in an outdated, neglected area It was noisy at night Reasonable room, very, very outdated shower, unregulated air conditioner, very cold and throws it straight onto the bed. Small, crowded and noisy pool The pool only opened at 10:45 instead of 10.

Really a great hotel..the setting.the location.the hotel..just will always stay here.with a warm warm recommendation

Very dark hotel, rooms are not suffocating, very poor service, I fell in the hotel room, I was badly injured in the hand and back, the hotel called the hospital and today I am forced to pay all the expenses, when I contacted them they claim that the hotel is closed for renovations and there is no customer service that can help. Service level below low! I will definitely not recommend this hotel to my friends or acquaintances

The kids were upset that they weren't allowed to jump into the water But other than that, everything is fine

I recently stayed at the Brown Lighthouse Hotel, and I was expecting a great vacation. Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant, and I would even describe it as shocking. A boutique room with a jacuzzi is a tiny room with a jacuzzi dirty with hair! Pigeon droppings! And dead insects! (How hard is it to move a rag while cleaning the room in the morning before check-in??) On a balcony that does not face the sea with zero! Separation between the balconies (is it so expensive to install partitions between the balconies???) But the worst of all is the fact that we did not have hot water in the room due to a technical fault (remember that we paid double for a room with a jacuzzi) I contacted the hotel management several times, both during and after my stay, asking to receive compensation for the damage I suffered. I was promised a free night's compensation at the chain hotels and that they would contact me as soon as possible, but unfortunately it was as if they had forgotten about me, I did not receive any response. This complete disregard only exacerbated my sense of disappointment and frustration. I feel cheated and frustrated by the behavior of the Brown Lighthouse Hotel. Not only was my vacation ruined, but I also had to deal with complete disregard after being promised compensation. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I hope this review will help others avoid a similar experience. Part B After months of phone calls back and forth, promises that they would get back to us and never did. After 5 months we received a voucher for a free night as compensation We decided to use the voucher at the same hotel with the stupid thought that the ratings were so low that we would surely be pleasantly surprised..... You'd be surprised they managed to lower the bar!!! We got to the room and first thing we checked if there was hot water and of course there was but... the cold water tap in the jacuzzi was broken because there was no response from the reception I found myself pumping cold water in the small trash can in the room to cool the jacuzzi to a bearable temperature After 15 exhausting rounds we got in the water and pressed the button and... (I'm no longer surprised) the jets don't work 🤣😭🤣 After sitting in hot water in the sun we go back inside and try to turn on the air conditioner and... you guessed it the air conditioner doesn't work!!! We called the reception 4 times and were promised someone would arrive within minutes of course no one arrived (Luckily while we were at dinner they fixed the air conditioner and the button) I will also mention the adjacent parking lot a bad place from a third world country disgusting and scary stay away Conclusion Don't let the cheap price convince you the price is not worth your heartache pay a few more shekels and enjoy your vacation

The whole hotel is dark, as a policy, we didn't like it. Late in the evening there was no hot water in the shower. In the room you can hear every little noise in the hallway as if it were inside the room. Breakfast was good.

Horror is a compliment! Bad service, bad food and poor selection, the location is also shocking, full of chaos and everything is closed. The room was filthy and it was impossible to close the window, you could hear the whole floor and the people outside. The receptionist said we would receive compensation, a month has passed and it still hasn't happened.

Worst hotel, looks like it was closed, everything is full of mold, dirty, broken, plumbing problems, noise in the rooms that doesn't let you sleep, hotel employees are closed, as if you are talking to yourself, don't go near this hotel, it's not even free
