Про це місце Sky Bar Almaty

Sky Bar is the high-floor bar of the Ritz-Carlton Almaty, serving cocktails to a mainstream international crowd of business travellers, expats and well-off locals. It is not a gay bar. Its relevance to LGBTQ+ visitors is simply that an international luxury hotel bar tends to be a calm, professionally run space in a city with no openly gay nightlife of note. The views over the city towards the Trans-Ili Alatau mountains are the main draw, best around sunset. Kazakhstan is socially conservative, and public displays of affection are best avoided here as anywhere in the city. Expect international hotel prices and a smart-casual dress standard.
