Unity hotel - Ulaanbaatar Railway Station

Hotel restaurant closed at 22:00. No hot water from the shower. Room is dirty from previous guest, no clean bed sheets! Hairs from previous guest on pillows! We were so tired from our flight and the walk outside the hotel in search for food, we were reluctant to complain. We just wanted to sleep.

Had a wonderful stay! Everything was smooth and well organized from the moment I arrived. The reception staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful. The airport transfer was on time, which I really appreciated. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. I felt relaxed and enjoyed my stay very much. The hotel had a pleasant atmosphere, and everything was exactly as expected. Thank you to the staff for making my stay so enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!
