I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the amazing hospitality at Retro Hotels in Kathmandu. I’ve stayed at hotel multiple times, and each visit has been a wonderful experience. This time, I especially want to appreciate the waitresses Sabita & partima in vip Restaurant And Also reception team Their professionalism, warm attitude, and attention to detail made my dining experience truly special. They went above and beyond to ensure excellent service, and I sincerely appreciate their efforts. Great service like theirs makes a real difference, and I’ll definitely be looking forward to my next stay!
