Zing Resort & Spa

Decided to try this hotel based on some recommendations from friends (and after reading reviews). Location was excellent for me. The staff were all friendly and welcoming and the resort is well maintained. The room I had was spacious and the bed was huge. The pool area was very inviting. Food at the dining room was very good with plenty of options to suit a range of diets. Overall a good place to stay. The only negative was some noise at night from the adjacent and nearby entertainment venues, but I was aware of that before I booked.

Never arrived due to Iran problems...Hotel very helpful and gave Full Refund..Respect and praise is due..Thank you.

I stayed here for 12 nights, this was my first trip to Thailand. The checked in with no issues. Reception were really helpful and even took my case up to my room. Showed me around my room and told me everything I needed to know. I was very impressed by the size of my room and the facilities both in my room and the hotel. The double bed was probably one of the biggest I’d ever slept in with plenty of room for 2 people. The restaurant staff were really helpful and the food was delicious.

The Zing Hotel and Resort is an unpretentious but popular hotel in the Jomtien Complex neighborhood in Pattaya, Thailand. The facilities are quite good, including an excellent family friendly restaurant, a nice pool and lounging area, and a first-rate front desk staff. I was traveling with a special needs traveler who had occasional memory issues that the staff recognized and treated with kindness, respect and sensitivity. The location excellent and is within walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. The one thing to note for travelers in their personal vehicles is that there is no dedicated parking, and very little if any street parking in the neighborhood.

This place is neither a "resort" nor a "spa". Zing Resort & Spa is a two star hotel with the bare amenities, which is fine. I've stayed in similar hotels before and will again. I would have appreciated knowing what to expect before showing up. I booked for three days but left after my first night so I can't speak towards the service. But my limited experience was not pleasant. I booked a single bed and was shown to a double bed. When I pointed out that I reserved a single bed, the attendant laughed and pushed the two beds together. I should have left then, except it was already midnight and I was tired after a long international flight.

I have been going to Zing resort hotel in Jomtien complex for a few years. The staff and Managers are wonderful,always have a smile on there faces and are very helpful. The rooms are always clean and tidy. I always fill at home there. The buffet is the best around Thank you for my last trip. See you all again at Christmas. Mr Frank

Zing is right in the centre of Jomtien and is well designed with rooms surrounding the pool and some larger suites at the front Staff are polite and competent Rooms are neat and clean they could use a second lift but it’s only 4 stories Very good value for money

2025.04 The Zing Resort and Spa, Jomtien. The reviews for the Zing Resort and similar places around Jomtien Complex are somehow better than some four star places in South Jomtien, but I picked on Zing Resort because some people mentioned recently renovated. It was alright, the breakfast was good, but I only stayed one night and moved on only because I found an exceptional deal on Agoda.

My room had exactly the room in the photo so I know it’s not tampered with like so many are. Everything was excellent value, staff attentive and friendly and location great for beach and bars. My suite was very spacious and clean and I will certainly be back. Thank you everyone

In the heart of Jomtien complex. Staff very friendly. Rooms cleaned every day and are spotless. Pool is a good size but can get busy with sun beds being taken up. Complimentary towel by the pool. Resident cats are lovely just be careful of Judy !! We had a poolside room and were spacious. With air con in both living and bedroom. The only negative is the noise from the adjacent bars. We had to move rooms as one bar was blasting rock music out at 3 am. Not the hotel’s fault. Once moved we had an amazing time. Keep up the good work team zing. See you again in December
