Quan Quan Hotel

I'm having the worst experience in Da Nang with this hotel. The bathroom has no hot water for washing my face, and the floor shows no signs of being cleaned; my bare feet are black as charcoal (below is a picture of my child's feet walking around the room). It's a filthy hotel with very dishonest business practices. I left after only two hours to find a new hotel, even if it meant losing 800,000 VND per night. You should all stay away from this hotel.

Good rooms at good price. It's very near to airport. It's a little far from city center.

The hotel has the advantage of being located near the central area, convenient for traveling to sightseeing and dining spots. The rooms are clean, tidy, basic equipment such as air conditioning, TV, wifi all work stably. Some rooms are small, suitable for business travelers or short-term stays. The reception staff is friendly, supports guests quickly, but sometimes is not really professional in handling situations. Breakfast is simple, with a few local dishes, good quality but not rich. Overall, this is a reasonable choice for guests who want to save costs but still be in a convenient location right in the city center.
