Bad staff service

I can confidently recommend this hotel. I've stayed in many different countries around the world and can confidently say that this is one of the best hotels in terms of the quality you get for the price, from the cleanliness and comfort of the room to the breakfast and privileges for high-status guests. If I ever need to return to Hai Phong, I will 100% stay here. One thing: if a client doesn't want to leave a deposit, don't force them, or specify in the rules that it is mandatory. They position it as a convenience feature, but we weren't allowed to refuse. Thank you, Andrew Kim and the entire hotel staff, you made our stay wonderfully comfortable.

Attentive and dedicated service. Delicious food. Beautiful view. Especially the laundry service. My clothes were stained with chewing gum. Minh Hien received them and provided extremely thoughtful assistance. Almost no gum residue was left on my clothes. Thank you very much!

I had a very relaxing stay at Pullman Hai Phong Grand. The hotel has a modern, luxurious design and is always kept clean. I was particularly impressed with how the hotel pays attention to the space and decoration in each area. The hotel lobby is beautiful and luxurious, yet still feels warm and friendly. Two staff members created an artistic floral arrangement of a lovely yellow peacock that I admired for a long time. I saw their name tags, Nhung & Chin, and I was truly impressed by their professional skills.

The food is varied. The staff members Hoc and Trang Loan are nice and attentive.

I found the hotel service to be excellent; everyone was very enthusiastic. Especially Tú and Hải, who helped me a lot while I was swimming, creating many wonderful memories.

Cong and Tu, who live on the 7th floor, were incredibly helpful during my gym workouts. I'll definitely be back and recommend it to many more friends.

The hotel is clean, the rooms are beautiful and luxurious, and the service is excellent. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic, making me feel quite comfortable throughout my stay. Special thanks to Long bellboy for his enthusiastic assistance during my stay. If I ever come to Hai Phong again, this is a hotel I will definitely return to.
