Lendhotel is a design-led hotel on Grüne Gasse in Lend, the creative district on the west bank of the Mur in Graz. Rooms are bright and airy. There's a cafe open around the clock, and a rooftop terrace with views across to the Schlossberg and the old town. It's a gay-friendly mainstream hotel, not a gay venue. Lend is Graz's livelier neighbourhood, with bars, the Lendplatz market and the Kunsthaus a few minutes away, and the Hauptplatz is about 10 minutes' walk across the river. It scores 4.7 across more than 900 reviews, which is excellent for the city.

It was really good, the room was pretty, clean and comfortable. There are signs posted in several places around the hotel with really funny English text—we had a great laugh at them. The rooftop terrace offers a beautiful view. The coffee at the café downstairs is good.
