Hotel Batzenhäusl Tirol
Many guests praise the hotel's friendly and attentive staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and its traditional Austrian charm. However, some visitors have complained about being given rooms with poor views or outdated furnishings, even when the hotel was not full.

A very beautiful Austrian hotel with wonderful wellness facilities and an amazing restaurant where we also had a delicious meal. We had two questions when booking the hotel, and we were called back immediately to answer them. Because I can only sit for a short time, I use a reclining chair, and that was no problem at all in the restaurant. The wellness area was started up for me, and I thoroughly enjoyed the sauna and steam bath. There was even a large pitcher of cold water with lemon waiting for me. The room is very beautifully decorated, very spacious, and has a fantastic view of the mountains. The breakfast is also very good with a very wide selection. The friendliness, helpfulness, and service are truly top-notch. This hotel is highly recommended.
We had a fantastic experience here. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were both professional and welcoming. It is located in a lovely, peaceful area, yet it is still very easy to commute to the city center and the Hauptbahnhof via bus or tram. The highlight was definitely the excellent mountain view from our room. Highly recommended!
Incredibly good breakfast Very extensive Constantly replenished Delicious coffee
There were five of us at the hotel. The rooms, the surroundings, and the food in the restaurant were all excellent! A very nice hotel!
A beautiful hotel with character. The bedding was super comfortable. Very clean. The staff were incredibly welcoming. Easy parking. Looking forward to returning, thank you to the whole team.
We really enjoyed the hotel. Pleasant, quiet, and with excellent access to the city center. A special thank you to the staff! We'll definitely be back!
