While they had promised over the phone not to charge a deposit, they ultimately went back on their word, stating they had never promised this. Furthermore, the manager on the phone was haughty, disdainful, and even threatening. Linked to the Mademoiselle hotel, which should be avoided.

Fantastic experience at this hotel! We stayed in the Phuket room; the bed was very comfortable and large. The suite was very spacious. Everything was spotless. The staff was very friendly. We will definitely be back.
