Hotel Residence Promenade

A perfect location, fantastic view, friendly staff, and a very good breakfast.

A neat boutique hotel with a warm and very cozy atmosphere on the seashore. Great attitude of the staff, worth a visit!

Very good staff, clean and the rooms are perfect! Especially the ones with a sea view!

Wonderful place, I keep coming back to. It haa a great vibe, grat lication, nice stuff.

Thank you for such a wonderfully restored and maintained property; very clean. We stayed in the villa room and it definitely provides the comfort and feel of luxury with many thoughtful details. The high ceilings and a very spacious room and bathroom were excellent. Staff were very helpful and professional. The hotel is right in front of the beach and park, best location. Easily walkable to all central cafés and restaurants. The bed was large and pillows, blanket, sheets were great. However, the mattress needs to be updated to a firm/comfortable one. Breakfast was basic, so we decided to skip. We tried dinner at the hotel restaurant, it was OK. Improvement needed. Service was good. We parked our car right in front of the hotel without extra charge. Overall, great value hotel, highly recommend.

The best place I have ever been. The staff is just amazing, so kind and good people, I love them all

I can safely say that this was the best hotel stay of my life, and I have been to hundreds of good hotels so far. The service, the attitude of the staff, the behavior, the attention to detail, the concern, the location, the things they provide you, make this entire stay feel like something more than home. Surely if I could I would give 10/10 for everything, and I will definitely repeat. Wonderful place!!!

Great hotel, clean, great location, very helpful and nice staff.

I have made reservation at this hotel that I decided to cancelle, but I did go to see what I was missing during my vacation that I have spent in Sozopol, that I highly recomand...The street leading to the hotel( we parked in a public parking not very far)was under construction and it was a mess,so we struggled to get to the hotel and the main road.. The hotel has 12 rooms and a few parking spots ,not a guarantee that you can get one.. It is presented as a beach front hotel.. But in reality the beach is close but only if you fly, because if you walk there some 150 stairs that you have to climb down and up,and another 500m to get to the chairs and umbreleas..Maybe in the morning it is a little bit easier, but mid day climbing so many stairs when the sun is up,not fun..The park is nice, but there was nothing there,no people,no coffee shops, nothing. I am reffering to the part acros from the hotel. There was an abandoned casino there and the wind was blowing like crazy. Not sure if this is the case everyday, there is a golf there... So beach front is not ,close to the beach,50 m( ha,ha) only if you are flying.. So we were lucky to cancel cause we really wanted to go to the beach, that in the pictures was a stone away, but in realyty quite a challange. Will not comment on the hotel,so just be aware if you want to swim in the sea way bellow......A deceiving description of its location from this hotel, makes you doubt everything else...

Stayed at the Promenade hotel, in early July 2026 and absolutely loved it. The hotel is located right by the Burgas Sea garden and its also walking distance from one of the main black sea beaches. The room was fabulous, quite large for a European room and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was excellent. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Burgas.
