I stayed at the hotel for a few days and I have nothing to complain about. The rooms are nice and clean, the service and staff are friendly, the breakfast is very good. Unfortunately, the location of the hotel by a busy road is not ideal and the indoor garage is also small, but I didn't mind giving a different rating. I would love to come back sometime.

I booked a hotel for a business trip for one night through Booking. Unfortunately, about two hours after making the reservation, my business meeting was canceled. Therefore, I immediately asked the hotel through Booking.com if it would be possible to exceptionally cancel the reservation without a cancellation fee. I fully understand that according to the booking conditions, the hotel had the right to charge a cancellation fee, so from a formal point of view everything was fine. However, I was surprised that the hotel was not willing to show any friendliness, even though I requested a cancellation only two hours after making the reservation. I travel for business quite often and in my experience, hotels are usually (about 95 percent) more accommodating in similar situations, especially when canceling a reservation so quickly. As a result, I paid 2100 CZK without using the hotel at all. For business travelers whose plans may change at the last minute, I would therefore recommend that you carefully consider the cancellation policy before booking and take into account that this hotel will not be flexible.
