Про це місце Cafe Kuluma
Cafe Kuluma is a relaxed cafe-bar at Kauppurienkatu 5 in central Oulu, close to the market square end of town. It is a mainstream, gay-friendly place rather than a gay venue, and it attracts a mixed, laid-back crowd for coffee, beer and long conversations.
Prices are low and it rates 4.4 from about 700 Google reviews. Oulu has a small LGBTQ+ scene with few dedicated venues, so places like this are where you will find an easy-going crowd. We have no hours on file; check before going.

At the counter next door, during rush hour, the previous customer from the night before dug a pile of coins out of his pocket to pay for a beer. The bartender counted the chips, and then gave us a whiskey on ice. Nothing else to note except that he was using the same buttons to count the coins to add to the ice. I wonder if we could get coins from the cash register to suck on if we asked for them?
