I found Bois de Montmaur pretty interesting place. If you like jogging in the natural parc you will more than happy.

What more to ask! A huge parc to run and cycle around in order to get fit. Would be great with some money invested in the apparels around, but beside this it is a great place for both adults and families. Available with the city bus.

A peaceful family walk.

The park is beautiful on the outside, but disgusting in the center, through the forest. There's litter and condoms everywhere, broken glass, and human excrement in every corner. If you want to enjoy this park, stick to the main paths, and even then, you'll occasionally find human waste lying around.
