Le 7 on Rue Foncet in central Nice is one of the city’s few gay bars, known for its 1970s‑style décor and surprisingly spacious, tidy dance floor. A short walk from the Old Town, the club’s façade looks unassuming, but once inside the 1970s‑glam décor pulls you into a different era. The space is larger than the street would suggest, and the floor stays clean and well‑kept all night. The club opens Thursday to Sunday from 21:30 until the early hours. It stays quiet until about midnight, then a steady stream of patrons fills the room. I went to Club Le 7 with some gay friends during Nice Pride week. The place is okay, but still disappointing for me. The entrance fee was reasonable, I think it was 10 euros. Entry included a drink. The changing rooms are free, but you can tip the attendant. It was busy, but not overcrowded. There were young and old people. The black back rooms are a bit too dark; you can't see anything at all. Some people are unpleasant and disrespectful and don't understand that NO means NO. The place is clean. There are also changing booths available. The TV room is large. What I liked was the room with the motorcycle. It's not the best place I've been, but I'll go back next time I'm in Nice. I think the establishment only accepts cash.
