Rat&Tat – Zentrum für queeres Leben is Bremen's main LGBTQ+ community centre, on Theodor-Körner-Straße in Das Viertel (Ostertor). Founded in 1982, it runs psychosocial counselling, self-help and peer groups, youth programmes, and cultural and political events.
The easiest way in for visitors is KWEER, the centre's café-bar, which opens on set evenings for a cheap drink and a chance to meet locals. Check the website for the current opening days before you go.
