Review of the appointment service at Checkpoint Karlsruhe: Very rude treatment My experience with the appointment service at Checkpoint Karlsruhe was unfortunately very disappointing. I called to schedule an appointment for a test because I was experiencing symptoms and wanted to have my sexual health checked. Unfortunately, I was treated very rudely by the woman who handles appointments. Although I explained my concerns about my health, I received no help. Instead, I was advised to see a dermatologist and not waste time on this test. Her tone was not only unhelpful, but she also seemed visibly annoyed by my accent, which made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable, especially in a facility that should be known for its discretion and support regarding health issues. Instead of receiving support and understanding, I was dismissed and felt mistreated. I hope that such incidents are not the norm and that other patients receive more respectful treatment.

Everything was fine for me and my partner and went smoothly. We had no problems there. The staff were friendly.

Horrible experience following a normal checkup in 2022: the doctor who took the blood probably didn't center the vein and didn't perform the correct procedure: the arm area swelled immediately and I had a huge hematoma for several weeks afterwards. They didn't want to compensate me and dared to say that it was completely normal and it wasn't the fault of the doctor. Very unprofessional. I arrived to the clinic healthy and I went away with an hematoma!

Unfriendly atmosphere! They lost the document I needed and didn't return it. They said they would send it by email, but they didn't...

Anyone who puts their personal animosity above the common good doesn't understand where they work. It's a shame and very regrettable. That people can sink so low should clearly serve as a deterrent to everyone. Greetings to the whole team. Kisses
