Good, honest food with friendly service. The coffee machine could be improved; a portafilter machine would be better.

Today, the four of us dined at Weinstock. We ordered a colorful mix of appetizers and main courses. Both the appetizers and main courses were beautifully presented and delicious. The only slight drawback was that the tagliatelle was a bit soft. However, even a less-than-perfect dish would have been forgivable. The absolute highlight was our waiter. Linus Grimm, also known as Jan Janssen, was incredibly attentive and fulfilled all our requests without being intrusive in the slightest. At the end of his shift, he even said goodbye and gave us some helpful tips for tourists. While the entire team is incredibly attentive, Linus deserves special mention. Thank you for a wonderful evening, and keep up the great work! Regarding value for money: Yes, it's more expensive than other places. However, this is justified, and everyone can see the prices on the menu beforehand. So, no need to worry. Best regards from Stade

We were outside, enjoying the view of the town hall square. The restaurant itself had a pleasant atmosphere. The extensive selection was a real treat, especially for wine lovers. The service was extremely friendly and attentive. We opted for the three-course menu. To start, we were served an appetizing sliced ​​baguette with a kind of sour cream, though it was most likely not homemade. However, we preferred the classic combination of extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper. The first course consisted of carpaccio, while the other person had salmon tartare on pumpernickel, which, in some ways, complemented the flavors. For the main course, we were served tagliatelle with sea bream fillet and two prawns in a creamy sauce. The crispy skin of the fish was particularly impressive. In addition, the other person served a delicious risotto with pike-perch fillet and spinach, which delighted our taste buds. To top it all off, we enjoyed a molten chocolate cake with a delicate vanilla sauce. This dessert was truly a culinary delight. Overall, our dining experience at the restaurant was characterized by both the inviting atmosphere and the outstanding quality of the food, complemented by excellent service.
