Fliederlich e.V. - Queeres Zentrum

Fliederlich is Nuremberg's queer centre, active since 1978 and funded by the city. It's on the first floor of Sandstraße 1 at Plärrer, just outside the west wall of the old town. The office is open Monday 13:00–16:00 and Tuesday–Wednesday 11:00–14:00, with Thursday and Friday by appointment. It offers counselling, a library and archive, and a long list of groups: youth (14–27), young trans people, bi, women, 60plus, rainbow families, ace and aro, deaf, and gay men by age band. If you want to know what's on beyond the bars, start with its calendar. Some directories still show the old Breite Gasse address, which is out of date.
