By far, our favorite restaurant in Palermo with an Incredibly attentive staff, set in a quiet corner away from the crowds. The food is OUTSTANDING. Everything we had was literally perfect!

We dined here for our last night in Palermo. It did not disappoint. Professional staff, delicious food prepared beautifully, and a good wine list with expert recommendations. The quiet small neighborhood made it a relaxing event for us. Beautiful lighting, tables with umbrellas as well as a lovely indoor dining area creates an upscale feeling. We each enjoyed a primi, secondo and 1 bottle of wine. We shared 1 dessert and my husband enjoyed a digestivo to end our delicious meal. The price reflects the high quality of the entire dining experience. We highly recommend this fantastic restaurant.

I went to the restaurant intending to order the pork cheek as my main dish, as listed on their online menu. However, it was not available. I chose rabbit strips with Sicilian sumac instead. It was okay, but, in my personal opinion, just that: okay. However, the service provided by the two waiters was great, and the location was also beautiful, tucked away just a little from the busy street.

The service was excellent and the wine was very good, but unfortunately the food was disappointing. The tuna had an unpleasant, overly oily taste and was not enjoyable. The truffle risotto was also very bland, with a texture that felt more like rice pudding than a proper risotto. The restaurant is also quite expensive for the quality of food you get, and the clientele seemed to be mostly tourists. A shame, because the service and wine were both genuinely good.

We always love returning to this little gem hidden in the alleys of Palermo. Exquisite food and refined yet simple dishes, the fruit of the chef's great passion, combining excellent quality ingredients with a passion for innovation and careful preparation. The welcome is always warm but never intrusive. An intimate, elegant, and refined venue. Highly recommended!

If I’m ever back in Palermo, this is my first stop. Amazing relaxed atmosphere. Friendly and knowledgable servers. Nice music, utensils, glassware, location… you get it, I can go on. The food was sublime: melanzana and ravioli alla norma to start and the amazing rabbit as mains; what came wasn’t what we expected look-wise but it more than surprised us. Fresh feel good cooking (like grandma). The desserts were also great. They feature lots of local wines, the ones we got to taste were great. The server even offered my girl a bag hanger for the table, I love these small details and attentiveness. They also gave us two digestives of the house. Thank you for an amazing last night in Sicily, I would have never guessed that after seeing the whole island, the last night would yield my favourite dining experience.

I had a wonderful experience at Scjabaca! The service was top tier and the food was incredible. Such imaginative dishes that break from the ordinary. The team there was kind and helpful when we had questions. The wine list was pretty extensive as well! Definitely a must-visit spot in Palermo for foodies!

We shared a local, homemade, fresh meal. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The restaurant is on a quiet street/square, secluded with greenery, and the food is excellent (if you're really hungry, order two courses—nothing unusual there). The dishes are beautifully presented, the service is impeccable, the wine recommendations are spot-on, and their Sicilian wines are good. Bonus: the musical taste is impeccable. I can't wait to go back and I'll highly recommend it to my friends and family visiting Palermo.

While wandering through the narrow streets of Palermo in search of a restaurant for dinner, we stumbled upon Scjabaca and it was love at first sight: a warm and elegant atmosphere, a concise menu, and exceptionally welcoming staff. All the ingredients were there for a truly memorable dinner experience, and the food more than lived up to expectations: a fabulous daily special, accompanied by a simply exceptional wine pairing chosen by the owner. A wonderful discovery, the kind you love to make while wandering down a side street. 10/10, I highly recommend it!
