Aparthotel Adagio Monaco Monte-Cristo

Very disappointed with this Accor hotel. It's not my first time staying at this hotel or the other one (Palais Josephine). Last Thursday, I asked at reception for a taxi, but a private hire vehicle (VTC) showed up, charging €130 to go to the port of Nice for drinks, when a regular taxi would charge €100. At this rate, one has to wonder if the receptionist isn't getting a commission… I'm not making accusations, but I do have serious questions… If you need a taxi in Beausoleil or Monaco, contact REAL taxis to pay a fair price, not the exorbitant prices the hotel and their drivers offer. So, the hotel itself is okay, but avoid the taxi services…

No soundproofing from the street whatsoever. Our night was punctuated by the noise of cars and scooters. A disaster!

Our stay at the Aparthotel Adagio Monaco Monte-Cristo will remain a very fond memory, largely thanks to a chance encounter. A huge thank you to Constantin. Before our arrival, we were told that our 9-seater vehicle wouldn't be able to access the parking lot… needless to say, we were quite stressed upon arrival, especially in a town like Beausoleil where parking is practically a challenge. But Constantin changed everything. He took the time to guide us with patience, kindness, and professionalism, until he finally managed to get us into the parking lot. This gesture, which may seem simple, completely transformed our stay. We felt listened to, helped, and valued… and that is priceless. Thank you for your kindness, your dedication, and your commitment to service. People like you make all the difference.

A clean property with good value for money, considering it's in Monte Carlo. The apartments are small but functional (there were three of us, so we used the sofa bed). The staff who checked us in were friendly and helpful. The location is its biggest advantage, a 10-minute walk from the Casino Square. Only one negative: the property has a garage with 20 spaces for 70 rooms, so we had to park in the station parking lot for a fee (€30 for one night). Overall, a positive experience.

Flawless experience…! I loved it. Mr. Rafael is one of the best there is. Super friendly and professional. Thank you very much.

Great

We appreciated the warm welcome, the well-organized accommodation, and the availability of parking, even though it was not free. Breakfast was varied, but the coffee machine was a bit temperamental. However, the room was not soundproofed: major construction work was taking place next to the hotel, and the street noise was quite significant, with pedestrians and passing vehicles.

The residence is extremely noisy due to an adjacent construction site. The noise is very noticeable even with the windows closed. It's impossible to use the balcony for the same reason. While the neighborhood is indeed a few minutes' walk from the center of the Principality, which is convenient, it's dirty and the streets are very narrow. If you have a car, parking at the residence costs 22 euros per night... I really don't recommend it until the nearby construction site is finished.
