Hotel Podgorica

Right at the entrance we are rudely warned about the dress code (we were in tracksuits), regarding the abundance of the buffet, eggs, hot dogs and sausages that are like rubber, the ambiance is phenomenal, the selection at the buffet is scarce. Realistic comment, and I hope we just had a bad day for the selection at the buffet.

The hotel is old, but they're trying to update the rooms (there's excellent new carpeting, and the mattress on the bed is new and comfortable). But overall, the room is a bit tired: the sink is cracked, as is the mirror above the bed, and the walls are covered in scratches and marks from who knows what. The breakfast is modest, nothing fancy, but everything you need is there. The hotel's location, within walking distance of the city center, and the fact that it's a great place for corporate events (the conference/banquet hall and the hotel's extensive interior space) are a saving grace. I wouldn't choose it for myself.

The hotel by which Podgorica is known

We had a wedding, and we have the worst possible opinion. The service was bad, the tables were falling, it was leaking, they didn't refill the appetizers, salads, or make coffee. The organization was zero, the manager wasn't present during the wedding. Everything was agreed in advance, and nothing was followed. I wouldn't recommend anyone to have a wedding there.
