Hotel Metropol

Great hotel and service

Unfortunately my experience at this hotel was far below expectations. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel is an example of how a guest should not be treated. Poor organization, unprofessional attitude towards guests and a complete lack of concern for the quality of service. The biggest disappointment was not the problem that arose, but the way the staff reacted!

Cheap and tidy. Friendly staff.

Excellent. All the best.

The student canteen is a Michelin star for its cuisine and food (meat and potatoes are raw, salad with bitter cucumber, rice is not seasoned...). The waiters are rude and impolite, you are actually your own waiter. The security is impolite and rude. Organization 0. Future seniors, high school graduates, avoid this place as much as possible.
