Very well located. Clean rooms that overlook a courtyard. At night I didn't hear any noise from the street. I was in a single room and it's a bit small, but the rest is quite good, maybe the mattresses would be improved as they are a bit hard, the pillows are too high in many places but that's a matter of taste, also that there are no blinds, only curtains. Good value for money.

Very nice hotel in a great location, right in the historic center, with many dining options nearby. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The room was very comfortable, with air conditioning. The hotel has an elevator. The only downside is that the receptionist is only on duty until 4 PM, so if you need to leave your luggage for a few hours at checkout, you can't after that time. I don't know why they don't have receptionists available at all hours; it's a hotel, after all. Even so, the receptionist who greeted and saw us off was very friendly and helpful, and I highly recommend the hotel!

I was given room 402. I alerted reception about the smell of excrement coming from room 401, but they offered no room change. The next day, I also reported that the toilet was flushing every few minutes, making it impossible to sleep. The solution offered the night before was no compensation, and the following night they proposed a room change for €15. Irene and her colleague at reception claimed they needed authorization from the manager, Oscar, but no one in charge ever took responsibility. I filed complaints with Booking.com, submitted a formal complaint form, and reported it to the police. The result was a traumatic experience; I had a truly disgusting and unsanitary stay. Travelers, take note: if this happens to you, you'll be completely helpless. There's no alternative accommodation available in A Coruña, and the establishment in question won't refund your money. Therefore, your stay will end up being very expensive.

Excellent property in a very central location, clean and welcoming room

It was a complete disaster. First, they gave us a room that was a total dump, and the TV was the size of an eye, and by the way, you couldn't even see it because it was tuned wrong and they couldn't fix it. Then they moved us to a slightly better room, but when I went to the bathroom, the bottom of the bed lifted up—and I'm not obese, mind you! My husband had to put things under our feet to keep the bed from lifting up. And we'll see what happens tomorrow. We get in while we're sleeping, and it won't close because it's like a fold-down bed. Anyway, I don't recommend it.
