Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay

We had dinner at the restaurant and it was an unforgettable experience. Top-notch product, creativity... a true gift for the senses. The service from Carola was impeccable. I had never been served with such care. One of the best memories of my time in Ibiza.

We loved the hotel! Amazing vibe by the pool and beach! Staff were so friendly, super attentive, people as franco, susana, josefina, yasser, alberto, (pool) alfredo and thomas (nobu) Marcela at room service, Martina and raquel at breakfast! They all made our time here more special! Me and the husband were born in the 60st and still loved the vibe!

Our favourite restaurant in Ibiza. The food is sublime. The team are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Nothing is too much trouble and they really create a great atmosphere. We look forward to returning every year and see the same team each time, a rarity in Ibiza!

We stayed at Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay from 14–17 September and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Our room was very clean, spacious and comfortable, with a stunning sea view. The setting is beautiful and waking up to the view each morning was one of our favourite parts of the stay. Another thing we really appreciated was the low noise level throughout the hotel. Despite being close to restaurants, the beach and other places around Talamanca, our room remained very quiet and peaceful. We were never disturbed by outside noise, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. This was especially important for us travelling with Ragnar. Breakfast at Chambao was also excellent. The quality of the food was consistently very good, the setting was relaxed and scenic, and it was something we looked forward to each morning. The location is very convenient too. There are plenty of nearby places such as La Vanda, Almar, Simbad and Terrazza Unico, so there are lots of options close by. The sea is literally just outside the hotel and only a very short walk away if you want to go for a swim. If you would rather stay by the hotel, there is also a main pool and a family pool, so there is something for everyone. What made the stay particularly memorable for us was the people. We are very grateful to Francisco Barros and Maria Aledo Lopez for looking after us so well throughout our stay, and also to Marcos Serra and the wider team. They were warm, kind and attentive from beginning to end and made us feel genuinely welcome. We were travelling with our little boy Ragnar, and the team made him feel especially welcome. Pretty much every evening there was a little surprise for him from the team, which he was always excited about. It was completely unexpected and incredibly thoughtful, and those small gestures meant a lot to us as parents. We would also like to thank everyone across Reception, Concierge, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, Chambao and the wider hotel team. Pretty much everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful and welcoming. Whether we needed a recommendation, some assistance or simply had a quick conversation while passing through the hotel, we were always made to feel looked after. We are simply very grateful to Francisco, Maria and the whole team for the way they treated our family. The combination of the beautiful sea views, spacious and clean room, low noise level, excellent breakfast, convenient location, easy access to the sea and genuinely caring team made this a very special stay for us. We would happily recommend Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay and would definitely return in the future.

Just returned from a fantastic stay in this 5 Star hotel. Everything you would expect at this level of luxury …the friendly attentive staff , the quality of the food and the high spec rooms. A special mention to George, Franco and Martina who looked after us during our stay. We were also very impressed by the lovely cleaners who made our room over every day and left it pristine when we returned. Definitely will return

What an amazing hotel in every way! We spent a couple nights on our honeymoon here and we were blown away. The staff was so nice, the property was so beautiful, the ocean right outside was such beautiful clear water. Everything about the hotel was fantastic. Highly recommend to anyone going to Ibiza. First, the BREAKFAST! Honestly, one of the best hotel breakfast buffets I have experienced anywhere in the world—and that is saying a lot. The selection, quality and presentation were fantastic, but what really made our mornings special were the people. Claudia, Enrique and Martina were absolutely wonderful. So warm, attentive and welcoming every single morning. They remembered us, took care of us, and made breakfast something we actually looked forward to each day. The pool area is absolutely stunning and became one of our favorite places to spend the day. Raquelle and the entire pool team took such great care of us. Great service, great food, beautiful atmosphere, and somehow everything feels relaxed even when the hotel is busy. This is Ibiza done right. A special thank you also to Vinno at the front desk, who was wonderful throughout our stay, and to ALL of the housekeeping and cleaning crew. They deserve serious recognition. Our room was always beautifully cleaned and refreshed, sometimes almost magically! These are the people behind the scenes who make a luxury hotel truly feel luxurious, and they were exceptional. We also loved spending time at the rooftop bar, where Jacob took great care of us. Another genuinely friendly person who added to the experience. What really stands out about Nobu Ibiza Bay is not just the beautiful location, the gorgeous pool, or the excellent food. It is the staff. There is a warmth here that is difficult to manufacture, and that is ultimately what makes you want to come back. Ibiza has become a special place for us, and Nobu Ibiza Bay made this trip even more memorable. Five stars without hesitation. Highly recommended, and we will absolutely be back next year!
