Hesperia Murcia Centro

Excellent location. The rooms show their age. The breakfast buffet was weak.

The Hotel is in a perfect Location, very close to the Cathedral and Restraunts bars etc , The Air conditioning is very loud, and no kettle in the Room, unfortunately I feel the Breakfast needs to be Better, the plates were not clean and had to search for one that was not stained, the scrambled eggs were not good, neither was the bacon , we were here for a week, the staff were nice and friendly.

The hotel is very well located, near the cathedral and right in the city center. The room was quite small for the price paid, and the air conditioning was very noisy when turned on. The room was smaller than it appeared in the photos and had no natural light.

Booked 4 months ago, the room faced the interior courtyard and was quite noisy from the air conditioning. The receptionist was rather unpleasant. They don't have parking, and you can't stop right outside because of construction. The parking they offer is very far away and extremely expensive.

The rooms are fine, a little small. Breakfast is a disaster. Two people to receive, clear, and replenish the food means tables are left uncleaned, with nowhere to sit, and scrambled eggs take 10 minutes to be replenished. Reception... It's a disgrace. They have little enthusiasm for helping, at least the young woman who helped me. I asked for a parking voucher, which is 500 meters away, and she told me to request it the next day. I requested it for two days, and she gave it to me for one. On the last day, I had to walk back from the parking lot to the hotel because I couldn't get my car out. Very unenthusiastic.
