Hotel El Churra

Hotel with high expectations but many things failed The room is normal to fair for the price they demand and those at the front desk should look at their customer service because although they were not rude, they were a bit cold

We loved it! Modern, spacious and super clean shower. The staff is lovely. And a very good price. If I have to return to Murcia, without a doubt, it will be the first hotel I look at.

The worst place I have ever been, despotic treatment from the receptionist. I felt cheated.

This is a central Hotel conveniently placed in Murcia in a quiet area. Plenty of cafes and Tapas restaurants plus super markets in the immediate area. Just one or two slight improvements would add to the comfort of guests. A mirror in the bedroom , an English program on the TV. We were bed and breakfast yet the extensive breakfast buffet presented cold fried eggs. Great coffee and lots of continental food. All in all a very good and pleasant experience.

Good hotel, clean and comfortable. Very close to the cathedral less than 5 minutes walk.

Great location, easy walk into the centre of the town. We had a junior suite at a v good price. Large and comfy bed, very large bathroom with whirlpool bath. On site parking at additional cost which was ideal for us.

Very small room overlooking a courtyard eye, regular bed, although the air conditioning and hot water were perfect. The hotel is somewhat dated and the elevator is tiny. Friendly staff, especially in the cafeteria. Parking seemed expensive, 17€ day for clients. The reception and cafe area are fine, the rest need a face wash.

Old hotel lacks maintenance You would need a furniture remodel, bathrooms and remove the carpet from the hallway I wouldn't come back or recommend it There are three star hotels that are fine are modern and make the stay pleasant, not the case with this hotel

I was there at a European training, and even though I didn't sleep I did eat and eat dinner. The waitress who attended us, Laura, a charm, very professional and close. He was worried that I who didn't eat animals would always have a choice.

When booking for the night of Saturday the 29th, I mistakenly did not change the date and the booking was for the same night (26 March). I noticed instantly, but I had already made the payment. As I did for a platform the hotel did not want to change the reservation for Saturday, despite my insistence and that of the platform girl. Therefore my experience with El Churra has been to lose money without setting foot in the hotel.
