Very good service, quality and good attention

The furniture in the rooms is quite worn, and the customer service at reception from some of the receptionists is not good.

The cooking is very repetitive.

Was nice and clean hotel , and worth the money no complaints. food was cheep

Delighted with my stay at the Hotel Florencio! Pleasantly surprised!! Lovely room, comfortable beds! Despite the noisy street. The location is ideal, city center and sea right next door :) Generous breakfast and excellent staff, a special mention to the particularly friendly young man who worked the evening shift. Thank you :) I hope to return :)

If you're looking for comfort and a great location in Ibiza, Hotel Florencia is a sure bet. We were surprised by how clean and well-maintained everything is; you can tell they put a lot of care into its upkeep. Being centrally located made it so easy to go out for dinner and strolls, and getting to the beaches is a breeze. Plus, starting the day in their café was a real treat thanks to the attentive service of the young woman who works there; she's incredibly friendly and professional. Thank you for making us feel right at home!
