It's glamorous and welcoming, a magnificent hotel

Can someone please respond my call? I am trying to reach the reception for about 30 minutes. And also, the guy in the reception when we check in was not nice. If you find a good price you can choose.

After many years of attending the Sitges Film Festival, imagine my surprise this year when, upon leaving the Auditori after a screening, I was told at the restaurant that without accreditation I couldn't eat or drink anything there. Not even a simple bottle of water. Seeing the situation, I went into town to eat. Furthermore, the security guards hired for the event were quite pushy, constantly asking where I was going to the restrooms, even though they knew the restrooms, meeting room, and Brigadoon area were downstairs. Frankly, so many restrictions this year leave much to be desired in terms of fully enjoying the Festival experience.

Great hotel, unfortunately a bit out of the way.

Despite the rooms, service and location all being good, a film festival had taken over the hotel for the duration of my stay, and the outdoor pool area was cordoned off for use by the festival, and so we were unable to use the pool at all, which unfortunately gave the impression of paying guests being treated as second class. Noone forewarned us about this and no compensation was offered, nor even an apology. Disappointing.
