The name has been changed (I've attached it to the picture), and the price is very high for the deposit. The location is bad and inflexible; they don't accept cash, and booking is only through the app, with online payment also required. 💆🏻‍♂️

Loud at night b/w 2-6am. Disturbing noises- something striking the floor above us and what sounded like the dragging of a bed and gagged yelling. We tried to contact the desk, but no one answered until the morning. We were honestly scared because we thought someone was being attacked or held captive and terrified they would come in our room. No strong reaction or concern from staff in morning.
