Luton Hoo Hotel, Golf & Spa

I recently stayed at the Luton Hotel HOO and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated in a Victorian style that made me feel truly posh. The food was exceptional, especially the breakfast – rich, delicious, and perfectly prepared. A big round of applause to the chef! The staff were friendly and welcoming, particularly the smiling waitress who made me feel right at home. The pool was spotless, with the staff diligently maintaining the water and environment. The extensive grounds were perfect for a relaxing walk. I thoroughly enjoyed my holiday and can't recommend it enough!

I had an unexpected stay at Luton Hoo, die ti a cancelled flight and I can honestly say it made up for the inconvenience massively. Great service and conversation with the staff who will do anything to help. I even got a free upgrade. Room was huge and classical modern but old fashioned to keep in line with the history of the place. Dinner was 5 star 🌟 and breakfast was also great. The spa is worth a visit as well.. I'll definitely be back!

My daughters bought me a lovely retirement present of a round of golf for two with my son in law. It turns out the voucher, purchased directly from Luton Hoo, was only valid for 4 months. We’d been unable to play due to an injury but when I contacted the office they said the voucher had expired and that was it! I asked if we could play at another course and even use the voucher as part payment but they said no. I accept vouchers have an expiry date and it’s my fault for not checking but you’d think a large hotel group like Arora would at least offer something like a discounted round elsewhere as Luton Hoo is closed anyway. Very disappointed and of course embarrassed that I’ve let such a lovely gift go to waste.

We stayed at the Luton Hoo Hotel overnight, which was good. The spa facilities is nice as are the grounds. The actual food place inside the venue was horrible - I wouldn't bother going as it was really so bad. The historical rooms, the actual venue, and the staff at the venue itself were very good. My stay at Luton Hoo Hotel and Golf Course was nothing short of wonderful. The estate itself is breathtaking — immaculate grounds, timeless architecture, and an atmosphere of quiet luxury. The dining experience was exceptional, with every meal beautifully presented and the drinks superb — especially the Piña Coladas and champagne, which were truly outstanding. The only drawback was the room service. Despite calling several times, I wasn’t able to reach anyone and eventually had to find staff in person for something as simple as cutlery. However, this minor inconvenience hardly detracted from an otherwise exceptional stay. I look forward to returning — Luton Hoo is a remarkable retreat in every sense.

A particularly thoughtful touch was the personalised dessert from the staff, which made us feel truly celebrated. The bar cocktails were sublime, crafted with care and perfect for a romantic evening. Although the hotel is currently undergoing major renovations now, we’re already looking forward to returning once the updates are complete for another relaxing escape. Highly recommended for anyone seeking elegance, warmth, and a touch of luxury.
