Really loved the atmosphere and met lovely people however the DJ on Saturday night 3rd October was not friendly at all and despite requesting a song much earlier did not play the request and was quite aggressive despite great experiences previously. Shame as was a special birthday night.and some people sang three times.

I visited this pub previously and had a fantastic experience. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was great, and I left with nothing but positive things to say. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different. I ordered a pint of cider, and from the first few sips it tasted odd. I wasn't sure if it was just a different batch, so I didn't think too much of it at the time and finished my drink. The following day, I became very unwell. I was sick and felt awful for the rest of the day. While I can't say with absolute certainty that the cider was the cause, the unusual taste followed by how ill I became has left me concerned. It's disappointing because I genuinely enjoyed my previous visit, but based on this experience, I don't feel I can recommend it.
