Про це місце Bar El Cairo
Bar El Cairo is one of Rosario's best-known traditional cafés, at the corner of Santa Fe and Sarmiento in the city centre. It is closely associated with the cartoonist and writer Roberto Fontanarrosa and his circle, and it works as a café by day and a bar for food and drinks at night. With over 17,000 Google reviews it is a mainstream local institution, listed here as gay-friendly rather than a gay bar.
Expect a mixed crowd of locals and visitors, classic Argentine café food and a relaxed feel. It is easy to combine with a walk through the centre. Hours in our data are missing, so check before a late visit.

After a stroll through the city, this is the perfect place to relax. Excellent service, warm atmosphere, and a wonderful atmosphere. The afternoon tea was absolutely perfect.

Excellent site dedicated to Fontanarosa. It personally brings back fond memories of my time in Rosario.

The food and service were excellent! It was perhaps a bit noisy, and the people waiting sat very close to the tables, so wallets, bags, and other items spilled over the barrier and encroached on the seating area. Otherwise, which is the most important thing, it's highly recommended.
