Parque de la Independencia

Great park, where in addition to walking around it you can rent boats since it has a beautiful lake in the center. The Newell's Old Boys field is located within the park.

Parque Independencia is a beautiful place to walk, enjoy the greenery and the connection with the water of the lake, with its ducks and other animals. You can walk on the little lake, with the boats that are rented, which is beautiful to do. There is a very nice bar to enjoy a coffee or whatever you like and you can enjoy the best Pororo, ADAD, which is delicious. It would be good if people took more care of the place, its cleanliness, since we have to value what we have and taking care of it is one way.

If your in the city it's worth stopping by just to relax in the ever present shadow of Joe San Martin. There is also a museum for the disappeared which everyone should visit. The memory of this kind of atrocity should be kept alive

Best place to watch people enjoy time with your loved ones and just relax. Nice clean safe environment for all.

The kid rides are old and rusty.. Its a nice place to take pictures but not worth a vacationers time.

It´s a nice place to visit. In this open area you may have a lovely family time, you may found boats to sail in the lake.

The park has a pond with ducks and is well maintained. There is also the Museo Histórico Provincial Dr. Julio Marc. In the museum there is a session with objects from pre-Columbian America, sacred art and pictures of the heroes of South America like San Martin and Simón Bolívar. Although small (you can see everything in 30min.) Worth the visit.

If you like trees, pines, water and green over all is just a beautiful place to walk around, have a picnic or just sit in a bench to breathe lovely fresh air in the city.

A beautiful park to go for some quiet time! The gardens are exquisitely maintained, and a must do is the calendar that is changed every day. I really enjoyed taking in the various gardens from differing nations, featuring vegetation from those regions.

Great fun to hire pedal boats and paddle round the lake in the sunshine. Also inspiring to see at night when the lights play on the fountain and soft music is playing. Very beautiful place.

It's dangerous, I was almost robbed but because I'm quick they didn't take anything.
