Про це місце Hotel Necof

Hotel Necof is a mid-range hotel at Necochea 2356 in Rosario, Argentina, south of the city centre. It is a mainstream hotel listed here as gay-friendly, not a gay venue. Rooms and suites are plain and practical, breakfast is included, and covered parking is available, which matters in Rosario. It rates 4.1 from over 1,000 Google reviews, a steady score for the price. Downtown and the Paraná riverfront are a short taxi ride away. Argentina has had same-sex marriage since 2010, and Rosario has a gay bar scene of its own; see the city page.
