Hotel Catalinas Tucumán

The best thing about it is undoubtedly the staff. The rooms are incredibly neglected, old, and in poor condition. The towels are ancient, the pillows look like they're from another century, and they don't even have a minibar in the room (it's 30 degrees outside and there's nothing cool to drink). It's terrible. If you know of a truly 5-star hotel, don't get your hopes up; you'll be sorely disappointed.

Good hotel

The room was outdated. The TV was mediocre. There was no mini-fridge. It was 33 degrees Celsius and the pool was closed. The air conditioning was incredibly noisy at times. The only good thing was the price, but this isn't what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel.

It's a nice hotel, but it still has a lot of room for improvement. It was a good hotel 30 years ago, but it needs a major modernization.

The room was old but adequate. The front desk staff were unhelpful but resolved the issues, of which there were several. The area is definitely unattractive.

Truly a great hotel in Tucumán!

The halls are lovely, but I haven't seen the rooms; I didn't stay there. I was only there for work and needed to bring up work materials, but there's no loading dock; everything has to be done through the main entrance.

This hotel was probably good decades ago. The reception staff was excellent, but then... the breakfast was poor, very poor. We arrived at 7:00 AM and things were missing; the croissants and bread arrived at 7:26. The coffee was awful. We ordered espresso and they told us to go to reception and pay, which is ridiculous and disrespectful for a 5-star hotel. There are no electrical outlets in the rooms; they're just for plugging in devices. Apparently, they haven't realized it's 2026: cell phones, tablets, laptops, smartwatches, etc. In short, we won't be returning. What a shame.

Breakfast is very bad, always the same and very little variety.
