Про це місце Valerim Plaza Hotel

Valerim Plaza is a large mainstream hotel on Rua Felipe Schmidt in the Centro of Florianópolis. It's tagged gay-friendly, not a gay hotel. The street is a pedestrian shopping strip, and Praça XV de Novembro, the public market and the main bus terminal are all a few minutes' walk away. Reviews average 4.3 from almost 2,900 on Google. Centro is a city-and-business base, not a beach one. Lagoa da Conceição and Praia Mole, the beach most associated with the island's gay crowd, are about 30 minutes east by bus or car. Choose this hotel for transit connections, not for sand.
