Mesa Civil de la Diversidad Sexual e Identidades de Género de Cartagena

The Mesa Civil de la Diversidad Sexual e Identidades de Género brings together Cartagena's LGBTQ+ collectives and activists in one civic group. It works with city government bodies, including the IPCC cultural institute and the participation secretariat, on advocacy and public events. Its best-known job is organising the Marcha del Orgullo LGBTIQ+ each June, and it has also taken part in a diversity contingent at the November Independence parades. It has no public office or drop-in address, so look for its announcements on social media when planning a visit around Pride.
