Про це місце Vértigo Rooftop
Vértigo Rooftop is a rooftop bar on Avenida República de El Salvador, in the modern business district near Parque La Carolina in north-central Quito. It's listed here as a gay-friendly mainstream bar. We have no confirmation that it's a gay venue, as older listings claimed. Google gives it 4.2 from about 460 reviews, and the draw is the city and mountain view from the roof.
Hours, dress code and prices aren't in our data, so check vertigo.ec or its social media before going. Quito sits at about 2,850 m, so go easy on the drinks on your first night.

Very good mules and nice snacks. Prices a bit too high for what you get, tho. Service was kind and the view okay.
