Hotel Asunción

Hotel Asunción is a budget hotel at Oliva 1275 in downtown Asunción, Paraguay's capital. It is a mainstream hotel listed as gay-friendly, not a gay venue. Reviews are mixed at 3.0 from about 450 guests, so read recent reviews and see your room before you pay. The downtown grid around Calle Palma and the Panteón de los Héroes is walkable by day but quiet and patchy after dark, so use a taxi or rideshare late. Asunción has a small gay scene with a handful of bars and clubs. There's no website on the listing, so confirm prices and availability by phone.
