Superb hotel in a superb location. The garden is magnificent.

Brilliant location to catch the train to Machu Picchu (5 minutes walk). Room ok though some noise from traffic to/from the station. Staff delightful and a great breakfast. Food at dinner reasonable but could be improved.

Beautifully located hotel with rooms spread over several houses. A bit old-fashioned decor, and the bathrooms could use a renovation. Lovely restaurant with good food.

We stayed here for two nights on our way to Machu Picchu, and we absolutely loved everything about it. The property is beautifully laid out with separate buildings spread across gorgeous, terraced gardens packed with flowering plants and hummingbirds. We spent hours relaxing at the garden platforms, doing some incredible birding while gently acclimatizing to the altitude. Indoors, there’s also a wonderful main living lounge with tons of comfortable couches and a large fireplace, a perfect place to unwind in the evenings. The rooms themselves were comfortable and quiet. The onsite restaurant was another huge highlight. The breakfast spread was excellent (we were especially glad to see options like soy milk for cereal), and dinner was consistently good both nights. As plant-based eaters, we really appreciated the vegetarian and vegan options. On top of all that, the service was outstanding. We used their laundry service, and our clothes were washed, folded, and returned quickly at a reasonable price. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone passing through the Sacred Valley!

I spent three nights at this lovely hotel, from March 3rd to 6th, 2022. The service was top-notch; everyone was very helpful. The rooms are the perfect size. The view from the rooms is beautiful. The included breakfast buffet was excellent and very comprehensive. The gardens are gorgeous. I would definitely return.
