This hotel houses a company called "Primera Clase" that keeps calling to offer a supposed benefit, even after I've already declined. This company has already received complaints in person at the hotel, and they continue to persist. It's very unfortunate that the hotel allows this.

Comfortable hotel, with good service and a breakfast to suit all tastes

My stay was from July 27th to August 2nd. I traveled to Piura due to a family emergency and arrived at the hotel before the regular check-in time. I was disappointed to be charged an additional $50 for early check-in, especially since the room was already ready and available. I travel frequently to different countries and have stayed in many hotels where, if the room is available, they allow early check-in at no extra charge. I fully understand that each hotel has its own policies, but in this situation, I expected a little more consideration and better customer service. As for the hotel itself, the facilities and the room were clean. The breakfast buffet, in my opinion, was quite basic and nothing special. Unfortunately, what most affected my experience was the customer service and the lack of flexibility in a difficult situation for me. I left disappointed and, for this reason, I would not stay at this hotel again nor would I recommend it.
