Am incredible location and view! Rooms are a bit small and they're working on renovations for some dated interior design.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at GHL Hotel Lago Titicaca. Our room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and offered breathtaking views of Lake Titicaca. Watching the sunrise over the lake was simply unforgettable. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the incredibly warm, attentive, and personalized service. Every single member of the staff was genuinely friendly, thoughtful, and always willing to go the extra mile. You could really feel the attention to detail in everything they did. A very special thank-you goes to Jesús, who helped make our experience even more memorable! The food was excellent throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a great variety of choices, including plenty of vegan and gluten-free options. The lunch and dinner menu was equally impressive, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate individual dietary preferences and special requests. We also appreciated all the thoughtful little touches: a lovely welcome drink, complimentary water and muña tea available throughout the day, and a wonderful fireplace creating a cozy atmosphere. The gym is small but perfectly sufficient, and the hotel also offers a sauna and jacuzzi, although we didn’t have the chance to try them. We did, however, book a massage, which was absolutely wonderful and highly recommended. From the beautiful surroundings and excellent facilities to the outstanding hospitality, everything contributed to a truly memorable experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lake Titicaca. A huge thank-you to the entire team for making our stay so special. We would love to return one day!

Very good hotel with great view. Not new, but well kept clean and in order. Good breakfast and good restaurant for dinner. Quick and tasty. Friendly and professional staff, thank you!
