The stay was deeply disappointing and fell well below professional hospitality standards. Issues with facility maintenance, lack of staff responsiveness, and prevalent labor violations made for a frustrating experience. Given the premium cost, the service and quality were unacceptable. I cannot recommend this hotel and will not return.

The Chelsea Hotel is a wonderful hotel with excellent rooms, and is situated in a spectacular location downtown. It is in very close proximity to Sankofa square at Yonge and Dundas, and the Eaton Centre shopping mall. The only critique I can make is that the bathroom door lock wasn’t working properly, though it wasn’t a major issue in my opinion. Highly recommended this hotel for its amazing views and its easy access to shops, business, and restaurants in the area.
